Delicous, locally sourced and sustainable, gorgeously gooey mac and cheese
Vinnie’s Mac & Cheese is a family run business established in early 2021. Our delicious mac and cheese and other menu options are made using quality fresh and, wherever possible, locally sourced ingredients. We include gluten-free and vegan options and are constantly working to build a sustainable and eco-firendly business that our customers will enjoy. We hold a 5* food hygiene rating issued by Cotswold District Council.
Vinnie’s Mac & Cheese trailer can be found at several locations around the Cotswolds on a weekly basis. Customers can choose their mac and cheese and then select from a list of mouthwatering toppings such as crispy bacon and pesto, cajun shrimp or homemade cherry cola pulled pork. Purists can also opt for just a simple topping of Vinnie’s crispy garlic and parsley breadcrumbs.
Vinnies is available for private hire, social and corporate events. We have catered for pride events, South Cerney duck race, Minety music festival, Witney food festival, Cirencester twilight markets, weddings and much more.
